best way is to locate the nest . Then call an exterminator to remove it. They sometimes make a nest under ground. If you can not locate a nest, you still need to call an exterminator. Wasps are very nasty insects and can kill a person if enough attack you or if you are allergic and don't know it.

Once You Find The Nest You Can Use Some Kind Of Spray Bee Killer:

Or You Can Hang A Trap For Them:

Just Remeber To Bee Careful If Your Alergic To Them, If That Is The Case See If A Friend Will Spray Them For You. Also They Might Bee In The Ground So Watch Out For That Too.

Look under your eaves for mud nests. They may be small because they are beginning to look for and build a nest. Follow where the may going in an out and hopefully it is not "inside the structure of your house". If you find an exterior mud nest, you can stand back with a high powered nozzle on a hose and spray it down. The water will kill any scent coming from you and you should not get stung. I've done this many times without any injury or the bees associating me with the water stream. If it is inside your attic or such, you should call an exterminator and call several to get a reasonable price.
