Have you tried looking at Royal Albert for an English tea set? Actually, don't look for a 'set', per say. Just get the open stock pieces... the Tea Pot, Cream and Sugar and tray and however many cups and saucers you want. You might also like to add lunch plates for dainties.

Oh, you might also check on ebay or even kijijji. These sets (and the dinnerware) were very popular a generation or so ago. There are a lot of people wanting to sell, because our lives aren't that formal anymore. And remember, anything with gold on the rim (as these above do) don't go in the dishwasher or microwave.
