I recently got a hot tub and have been in it twice. Both times I have had headaches after a few minutes. I only stay in for approximately 10-15 min. I have the water set to 100f, which actually isn't too hot. What might be causing my headaches?

Check your blood pressure. According to the APSP (Association of Pool and Spa Professionals) the medical guidelines are : Check with your doctor if you have high/low blood pressure, preg., diabetes, children under ten, or coronary problems. Is your hot tub inside or out? You could possibly be getting the headaches from overdosing your tub with a Halogen (Bromine, chlorine) but I am rather doubting it. Take a water sample to your nearest pool store and have them check it. If your water is balanced then your OK there and go chat with your doctor. I have numerous customers that didn't know they had medical problems until after they bought a tub .
Keep using your Renew since it is a non-chlorine shock and will have no affect on you what-so-ever. Chlorine is heavier then air so it will be denser nearer the water. I am still doubting that is the source. You can reduce your Dichlor that you use as long as your are using the Non-chlorine shock for you primary shock. Do get an ozonator if you don't have one, since that will also help in sanitizing the tub.
With a mineral stick, ozonator and non-chlorine shock you can keep your Bromine at 1ppm and chlorine at .5 ppm. I would love to know if you still get headaches.

What are you using for chemicals to clean your tub, a friend of mine use to only use bleach in his tub once a week and it was always clean and never had any odors.
