Not all plants possess the same qualities as a daisy flower does and it varies depending on the species. Plants with trumpet-shaped flowers won't have a centre, but the petals will funnel down to the ovary and an area where nectar is produced. So, it could be the Ovary, Stigma or Mouth of the flower, but all of those three things are different structures.
