They will check the hot water heater, furnace and gas stove for you. If you want to monitor CO, buy a good CO detector ($50) that is UL2034 listed and has a digital display. If you want to know the relative humidity, then you need to purchase a hygrometer. Those are the do it yourself air quality tests.
